To raise the headrest
Simply slide it up.
To lower the headrest
Press button 1 while lowering the headrest.
To remove the headrest
Raise the headrest, then press button 1 to release it.
To refit the headrest
Insert the rods into the sleeves, with the notches facing forward, and lower the headrest to the desired height while pressing button 1.
Adjusting the angle of the headrest
(depending on the vehicle)
Push away or approach section B until you are comfortable.
warning
The headrest is a safety component, check that it is fitted and positioned correctly: the top of the headrest should be as close as possible to the crown of your head, and the distance between your head and part A should be minimal.
