The "Assistance" menu 2 can be used to connect you to a call centre in order to receive assistance in the event of a breakdown.

From the pop-up menu 3 you can access tips and advice.

Note: some breakdown services must be paid for. For more information, please see your general conditions of sale or an approved dealer.

During a call, some of your multimedia system functions are no longer accessible:

  • adjusting the volume of the other audio sources;
  • put a call on hold;
  • transferring the call to your phone;
  • calling from your phone.

If your phone is paired and you make a new call, the call to the call centre is disconnected.

Following your call, the operator can send a POI (points of interest) via the multimedia system, around your location.

If you are equipped with the navigation system, you can begin navigation to the POI. You can also call the POI from your multimedia system if your phone is paired.
