Malfunction of the reels
1. Ignition | a) If the light is off, check that the vehicle ignition is switched on When the vehicle is out of standby, the reels unlocking button should light up. |
2. Fuse | b) Check fuse 5 A Fuses specific to the conversion. If it is not correct, replace it. |
3. Relay | c) Check relay RAL and relay REL Fuses specific to the conversion If one of them is not correct, replace it. |
4. After-sales | d) If the problem persists, please contact a Renault network representative who will be able to contact After-Sales Qstomize. |
USB port or lighting malfunction
1. Ignition | a) Check that the vehicle ignition is switched on. |
2. Fuse | b) Check fuse 5 A (USB port) or fuse 2 A (LEDs) Fuses specific to the conversion. If it is not correct, replace it. |
3. Relay | c) Check the relay RAL Fuses specific to the conversion. If it is not correct, replace it. |
4. After-sales | d) If the problem persists, please contact a Renault network representative who will be able to contact After-Sales Qstomize. |
Winch malfunction
1. Handbrake | a) Check that the vehicle ignition is switched on, with the engine off and the parking brake applied. |
2. Standby | b) Make sure the system is not on standby Press the unlocking button to exit standby. |
3. Remote control | c) Check that the remote control is on Change the batteries if they are flat. |
4. Fuse | d) Check fuse 15 AFuses specific to the conversion If it is not correct, replace it. |
5. Relay | e) Check relay RAL and relay REL Fuses specific to the conversion If one of them is not correct, replace it. |
