Circuit breaker position open

Close the circuit breaker

Fuse problem

Check the single-direction (250 A) or tri-directional (300 A) battery fuse

Electrical connection fault

Consult an approved Dealer

Remote control circuit problem

Hydraulic assembly problem

The engine is not running.
The tri-directional tipper end of travel sensor is faulty.

Overloading

Check and reduce the load

The flatbed rises slightly then stops

Lack of oil

Check the oil level and add oil

Lack of battery power

Consult an approved Dealer

Blocked strut problem

Hydraulic assembly problem

The flatbed does not lower

Circuit breaker open

Close the circuit breaker

Assembly free-flow problem

Consult an approved Dealer

Solenoid valve problem

Defective strut

Remote control circuit problem

Electrical connection fault

The flatbed descends on its own

Problem with electric pump assembly

Hydraulic leak

The hydraulic assembly does not stop

Stuck relay problem

Open the circuit breaker. If the hydraulic assembly does not restart, consult an Approved Dealer

Remote control circuit problem

The oil comes out of the reservoir in the lowered position

Excess oil

Reduce the oil level to an adequate level
