Installation on board the vehicle
- 1.
Unlock the straps from the front reels and unwind the straps 2 until the magnets Using front (electric) reels.
Deploy the ramp Manual access ramp.
- 2.
Approach the wheelchair to the bottom of the ramp. Detach the end fittings from the magnets and attach them to the wheelchair A as specified by the manufacturer, making sure not to twist them.
- 3.
Lock the straps of the front wheels Using front (electric) reels then push the wheelchair A into the vehicle or operate the winch Loading.
- 3.
Position the rear reels on the bases. Attach the wheelchair AUsing the rear reels.
- 4.
Move the wheelchair back and forth once or twice to tighten the straps 2.
For better stability and comfort, we recommend that you lock the wheels of the wheelchair A using the brakes before driving the vehicle.

Do not lock the brakes of the wheelchair before it is properly loaded.

Use a wheelchair that has a structure compliant with the requirements of the relevant section of the ISO 7176-19 : 2008 standard, meaning a wheelchair approved for road transportation.

To ensure correct anchorage of the wheelchair in the vehicle, it is essential to observe the attachment angles recommended for the webbing of the front and rear reels.
Unloading from the vehicle
- 1.
- Deploy the ramp Manual access ramp.
- 2.
- Remove the shoulder seat belt and release the wheelchair brakes.
- 3.
- Unlock the straps of the rear reels Using the rear reels and move back and forth in order to loosen the straps.
- 4.
- Detach the rear reels from the wheelchair then remove them Using the rear reels.
- 5.
Unlock the straps from the front reels and unload the wheelchair.
- 6.
- Detach the front reels from the wheelchair and guide the straps as they wind to the bases of the reels.
- 7.
- Lock the front reels Using front (electric) reels.

Do not forget to press the locking/unlocking button following each use of the electric reels.
While the vehicle is stationary, the webbing of the front reels may be left unwound with the end fittings against the magnets in order to save time when loading the next wheelchair.

Do not drive with the straps unwound – this configuration is only to be used for loading a wheelchair.
