The following advice will enable you to carry out quick, temporary repairs. For safety reasons, and if the problem persists, you should always contact an approved dealer as soon as possible.

Check and reduce the load.

The tipper rises slightly then stops.

Check the oil level and add oil.

Lack of battery power.

Recharge the battery or start the vehicle.

Blocked strut problem.

Consult an approved dealer.

Hydraulic assembly power problem.

The tipper does not lower.

Circuit breaker open.

Close the circuit breaker.

Assembly free-flow problem.

Consult an approved dealer.

Solenoid valve problem.

Strut problem.

Remote control circuit problem.

Electrical connection fault.

The tipper descends on its own.

Blocked solenoid valve problem.

Consult an approved dealer.

Remote control circuit problem.

Hydraulic leak.

The tipper descends very slowly.

Empty tipper too light.

Guide the descent of the tipper or put weight on the ladder holder.

Hydraulic oil polluted and used.

Consult an approved dealer.

Hydraulic flow rate too low in the tri-tipper limiter.

The hydraulic assembly does not stop.

Stuck relay problem.

Open the circuit breaker. If the hydraulic assembly does not restart, consult an approved dealer.

Remote control circuit problem.

The oil comes out of the reservoir in the lowered position.

Excess oil.

Reduce the oil level to an adequate level.

The rear door does not lock.

The hook is mechanically offset.

The tipper is not sufficiently raised when tipping to the side.

End of travel misadjusted.
