Front storage compartments

warning

Nothing should be placed on the floor (area in front of the driver) as these objects may slide under the pedals during sudden braking manoeuvres, thus obstructing their use.

warning

Ensure that no hard, heavy or pointed objects are placed in the "open" storage compartments in such a way that they may fall onto passengers during sharp turning, sudden braking or in the event of an accident.

Front door storage compartments

Do not use the storage compartment 1 as a handle to close the door.

The storage compartment 2 can hold a 1.5 litre bottle.

Driving position storage compartments

Cup holder 4

tip

When driving, make sure that the container held by the cup holder is properly closed so that it does not tip over.

Risk of damage to surrounding electrical and/or electronic equipment in the event of liquid spillage.

Do not place your card in the storage compartment 2 as it may not be detected.

Make sure that cups placed in the cup holders do not affect your visibility while driving.

warning

When turning corners, accelerating or braking, ensure that the receptacle being held by the cup holder is not dislodged.

There is a risk of burning if hot liquid escapes.

Sun visor and cab upper storage compartments

Sun visor storage compartment 6: can be used to store motorway tickets, cards, etc.

Cab upper storage compartments 7 and 8: reserved for transporting objects.

tip

Maximum weight allowed in the cab upper storage compartment 7: 5 kg uniformly distributed.

warning

Do not hang any heavy and/or sharp objects which may fall whilst driving.

Centre console storage compartments/induction charging area

Closed storage compartments9: to open them, press one of the controls 10.

Depending on the vehicle, you can use the induction charging zone 12 to charge a smartphone without using a cable.

Depending on the vehicle, an indicator light 11 informs you of the state of charge according to its colour:

  • green when charging is complete;
  • yellow when charging is in progress;
  • flashes in yellow when a metal object is detected in the induction charging area.

t is essential not to leave any objects (key USB, card SD, credit card, jewellery, keys, coins etc.) n the induction charging area 12 while charging your telephone.

Remove any magnetic cards or credit cards from the phone case before positioning your telephone in the induction charging area 12.

tip

When driving, make sure that the container held by the cup holder is properly closed so that it does not tip over.

Risk of damage to surrounding electrical and/or electronic equipment in the event of liquid spillage.

Objects left in the induction charging area 12 may overheat.

You are advised to place them in the areas provided for this purpose (storage compartment, sun visor compartment etc.).

Additional storage compartments

Glovebox

(depending on the vehicle)

Glovebox 16: To open it, press the button 17. It can hold objects such as A4 documents, a 2 litre bottle of water, etc. Depending on the vehicle, it may be ventilated and refrigerated.

tip

Maximum weight allowed in the glovebox 16: 4 kg evenly distributed.

Seatback in table position

On equipped vehicles, lower the centre seatback by pulling the strap 18.

The central seatback is equipped with the following features:

  • a storage area 19;
  • two cup holders 20;
  • a storage compartment 21.

Note: in the upright seatback position, the storage compartment cover 19 must remain closed.

warning

It is forbidden to sit in the centre seat if its seatback is folded down.

warning

When turning corners, accelerating or braking, ensure that the receptacle being held by the cup holder is not dislodged.

There is a risk of burning if hot liquid escapes.

Storage compartment 19

To open, press control 22.

With the storage compartment 19 closed, the openings 23 allow you to leave a charging cable connected to an accessories socket.

tip

The storage compartment 19 must be closed when folding the centre seatback.

If you fail to follow this recommendation, you risk damaging your vehicle.

Rear storage compartments

Storage compartment under front bench seat 25

To access, pull one of the tabs 26.

To close the storage compartment, push the rear of the seat base as far as possible. Make sure that no object prevents the proper locking of the cushions in the closed position.

Storage compartment underneath rear bench seat 27

The seat base 27 can be raised to allow access to the storage compartment located underneath the bench seat.

warning

Always close the seat base when driving:

  • there is a risk of injury when braking suddenly or in the event of an accident;
  • there is a risk of objects being hurled through the passenger compartment.
warning

Check that the rear seat belts are positioned and operating correctly each time the rear seats are moved.

Rear load area upper storage compartment 28
