Sliding rear seats

To tilt the seatback

(there are three possible positions)

Pull the strap 1.

To fold down the seatback

Ensure that the front seats are far enough forward.

Before folding down any side rear seat, fasten the seat belt buckle of the seat concerned into its corresponding catch.

This will prevent the seat belt becoming trapped when the seat is returned to its position for use.

In all cases, check that the seat belts are operating correctly.

Pull the strap 1 and and lower the seatback.

Note: for safety reasons, the seatback is equipped with a retaining system. You may experience resistance when handling.

To replace the seatback, proceed in the reverse order to removal.

Raise the seatback until it locks.

Check that the seat belts work correctly.

To slide the seatback

Raise the lever 2 or pull the strap 3 located in the luggage compartment.

Move the seat forwards or back to the required position.

Release the lever 2 or the strap 3 and ensure that the rear seats is properly locked.

For safety reasons, carry out any adjustments while the vehicle is stationary.

When moving the rear seats, ensure that nothing obstructs the anchorage points (passenger's arm or leg, a pet, gravel, cloth, toys, etc.).

When refitting the seatback, make sure it is correctly locked in place.

If seat covers are fitted, make sure these do not prevent the seatback latch from locking in.

Make sure that the seat belts are positioned correctly.

Reposition the headrests.
