General information

This vehicle can be converted to enable the installation of one, two or three individual adjustable and movable seats at the rear of the vehicle Rear left-hand seat, Duo Pack and Trio Pack.

These seats comply with all of the standards required for validation and approval.

warning

These seats do not include a warning system in the event that a seat belt is not fastened.

It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that passengers properly fasten their seat belts.

warning

To avoid any risk of injury when handling the seats, ensure that nobody is located near the moving parts.

Also check that nothing may obstruct the moving parts and their locking mechanism (body parts, animal, gravel, cloths, toys, etc.).

Check that the rear seat belts are positioned and operating correctly after each time the rear seats are handled.

Rear seats

  • To adjust the seatback tilt position, pull the handle A and move the seatback to the desired position. Make sure you lock the seatback properly.

This handle is located on the left on the rear left-hand and central seats, and on the right in the rear right-hand seat. It may be difficult to access due to the presence of another seat or the pillar.

  • To adjust the front/rear position, lift the handle B and move the seat forwards or backwards to the desired position. Ensure it is correctly locked in place.
warning

We would advise you not to recline the seatbacks too far to ensure that the effectiveness of the seat belts is not reduced.

warning

For safety reasons, carry out any adjustments while the vehicle is stationary.

Rear left-hand seat

A.

Remove the seat belt from its guide 1 and place it behind the seat so that it does not get stuck when the seatback is being handled.

B.

Lower the headrest 2 and move the seat as far back as possible using the handle 3Rear headrestsSeats.

C.

Fold down the seatback using the handle 4Seats.

D.

Pull the tab 5 to move the seat into the folded position.

E.

Lower the handle 6 and keep it pressed down while guiding the seat backwards, then it will unlock automatically during rotation.

F.

Raise the seat and remove it from the vehicle.

Storage

Store the seat in the position shown above, ensuring that it is protected from moisture and dust.

Installation

A.

Position the seat hooks above the mountings 1 and lock the position (you will hear a "snap" noise). Ensure that the two hooks are locked.

B.

Fold down the seat using the handle 2 (you will hear a "snap" when it locks).

warning

Do not allow the tab 3 to become stuck in the hook.

C.

Fold down the seatback 5 using the handle 4, taking care not to pinch the seat belt Seats. You will hear a "snap" when it locks.

Place the seat belt in the guide 6, taking care not to twist or pinch it.

warning

Each time a seat is modified, ensure afterwards that it locks correctly, that the seatback and headrest are properly adjusted and that the seat belt works correctly.

Duo Pack and Trio Pack

Depending on the vehicle, a rear side seat and a central seat are available as optional additions.

Rear right-hand seat 1

The installation, removal and adjustment of the rear right-hand seat 1 are carried out in the same way as for the rear left-hand seat SeatsRear left-hand seat.

Central seat 2

Depending on the vehicle, a rear side seat and a central seat are available as optional additions Seats.

If handling the central seat, it is recommended that you be positioned inside the vehicle in order to be able to hold it more easily.

Removal

The central seat removal procedure is similar to that of the rear side seats. The only difference is the presence of the retractable footrest 1Rear left-hand seat.

After removing the seat, store the retractable footrest 1 in its housing 2 by pulling the strap, then check that it is locked.

warning

The retractable footrest closure system is very powerful. When handling, make sure that nobody is close to the moving parts.

Installation

The central seat installation procedure is similar to that of the side seats. To lock the rear hook, it is necessary to remove the retractable footrest 1 from its housing 2 by raising it until it locks Rear left-hand seat.

Front seats

To adjust the front seats, please refer to the vehicle user manual.

Rear headrests

To raise the headrest

Pull the headrest upwards to the desired height. Check that it is correctly locked.

To lower the headrest

Press the button 3 and guide the headrest down to the desired height. Check that it is correctly locked.

To remove the headrest

Raise it to its highest position (tilt the seatback backwards if necessary). Press the button 3 and lift the headrest to release it.

To refit the headrest

Check that the headrest rods are clean 2.

Insert the headrest rods into the holes 1 (tilt the seatback backwards if necessary). Lower the headrest until it locks and press button 3 to adjust to the desired height. Check that each rod 2 is locked on the seatback.

warning

The headrest is an important safety component: ensure that it is in place and in the correct position. The top of your head should be in line with the top of the headrest. The distance between your head and section A should be as short as possible.
