To raise the headrest

Pull the headrest upwards to the desired height.

Check that it is correctly locked.

To lower the headrest

Press the button 2 and guide the headrest down to the desired height.

Check that it is correctly locked.

To remove the headrest

Press button 2 and lift the headrest to release it (tilt the seatback backwards, if necessary).

To refit the headrest

Insert the headrest rods in the holes 1, with the notches facing forwards (tilt the seat backwards if necessary). Lower the headrest until it locks and press button 2 to adjust to the desired height. Check that it is correctly locked.

The headrest is an important safety component: ensure that it is in place and in the correct position. The top of your head should be in line with the top of the headrest. The distance between your head and section A should be as short as possible.
