The MULTI-SENSE system provides a choice of three driving modes that can be used to control, depending on the vehicle: driving, ambient lighting and comfort:

Operating principle

Ultrasonic sensors, indicated by arrows 1 are fitted in the rear bumper to "measure" the distance between the vehicle and an obstacle when the vehicle is reversing.

Multi-view camera

If fitted on the vehicle, the four cameras 1, 2 and 3 located in the front bumper, door mirrors and tailgate help you with difficult manoeuvres.

When the reverse gear is engaged, the camera 1 transmits a view of the area behind the vehicle to the multimedia screen 2 accompanied by two guide lines 3 and 4 (fixed and mobile).

Cruise control

The cruise control function helps you to maintain your driving speed at a speed that you choose, called the cruising speed.

This cruising speed can be set at any speed above 19 mph (30 km/h).

The speed limiter function helps you stay within the driving speed limit that you choose, known as the limit speed.

Blind spot warning

This system alerts the driver to other vehicles in the detection zone A.

The system is activated when the vehicle's speed is between approximately 19 mph (30 km/h) and 87 mph (140 km/h).
