Introduction

Your "My Renault" customer account can be accessed via the https://renault-connect.renault.com website or via your smartphone by downloading the "My Renault" app.

Note:

" Car info " menu

From the "Car info" menu, select the "System" tab.

Use this menu to display various items of information and to update the multimedia system and navigation maps.

Updates may be offered by the system automatically. You can also check for an update manually, depending on your vehicle's connectivity and the app to be updated.

The services are activated for a limited period. Once this has elapsed, the services cease to work. To reactivate the services, refer to the paragraph entitled "Purchasing and renewing services".

Activating services

For your vehicle's connected services to work (real-time traffic information, search for POI online, control the vehicle remotely using your smartphone etc.), they must first be activated.

" Applications " menu

From the main menu, press "Applications" or "Apps" to access the following:

"Android Auto™" is an application that enables you to replicate your smartphone on the screen of your multimedia system.

Induction charging area

Use the induction charging zone 1 to charge a phone without using a cable.

If the vehicle is equipped, the charging area is indicated by (depending on the vehicle):

• an associated symbol;

and/or

" Settings " menu

With the telephone connected to the system, from the main menu press "Phone" or press the shortcut A from most menus.

From the pop-up menu, select "Settings" to access the following settings:

" SMS " menu

From the main menu, press "Telephone" or press the shortcut A from most menus, then "SMS" to access the SMS on your phone via the multimedia system.
