User precautions
Handling the tailgate
Before operating the luggage compartment door, check the objects and/or accessories (bicycle rack, roof box, etc.) fitted on the roof bars: these must be correctly positioned and secured, and must not prevent the luggage compartment door from operating correctly.
warning
The attaching of any carrying device (bike rack, luggage box, etc.) resting on the luggage compartment lid is prohibited. To install a carrying device on your vehicle, contact an approved dealer.
Roof carrying equipment

Refer to the fitting instructions for information on how to fit roof bars and conditions of use.
Please keep these instructions with the rest of the vehicle documentation.
Vehicles not fitted with longitudinal roof bars
Open the doors to access the mounting points 1.
Maximum permissible weight on roof: 80 kg (including carrying equipment).
warning
If original roof bars, approved by our Technical Department, are supplied with screws, only use these screws for attaching the roof bars to the vehicle.
Vehicles fitted with longitudinal roof bars
If fitted on the vehicle, you can transport additional luggage (bicycle rack, ski rack, etc.); :
- on a roof rack;
- on transverse roof bars, which must in turn be attached to the longitudinal roof bars 1;
- directly onto the longitudinal roof bars 1.
The mounting inserts 3 are located on the longitudinal roof bars 2.
Maximum permissible weight on roof: 80 kg (including carrying equipment).
