Do not climb onto the flatbed using the cycle guards, which are situated on both sides of the platform. Risk of falling or serious injury.

Always position the heaviest items directly on the floor. Use the anchorage points on the floor, if these are fitted to the vehicle. Loading must be done in such a way that no objects are hurled around while the vehicle is being driven.

The dropside is heavy. When opening do not let it fall heavily, but hold it whilst lowering.
Loading
Loading the platform
To tilt the dropsides, raise lever 1 or 2 located on each side of the dropside.
Loading the tipper
To tilt the side dropsides, pull levers 3 and 4 and position them horizontally.
Close the levers of the dropsides to avoid contact with the bumper or side guards when fully opening downward.
To tilt the rear dropside of the tri-tipper version, position levers 5 and 6 horizontally.
Lashing rings 7
Depending on the vehicle, the lashing rings 7 can be used to retain transported objects.
Unloading
Unloading the platform
To tilt the dropsides, raise lever 1 or 2 located on each side of the dropside.
Unloading the tipper to the side
To tilt the side dropsides, position levers 3 and 4 horizontally.
Close the levers of the dropsides to avoid contact with the bumper or side guards when fully opening downward.
Unloading to the rear on the single-direction tipper version
The rear dropside 5 is opened automatically when unloading by tilting to the rear.
Unloading to the rear on the tri-directional tipper version
To tilt the rear dropside of the tri-tipper version, position levers 6 and 7 horizontally.
To unload by tilting to the rear:
- disengage the locking clamps 8;
- ensure that the locking rods are positioned correctly before tilting the tipper Fitting the locking rods for the tri-tipper;
- check that levers 6 and 7 are locked.
Opening of the tailboard takes place automatically.
