Transporting objects
Recess 1
Depending on the length of the objects being transported in the rear load area, you
can use recess 1.
Lashing points 2
Depending on the vehicle, the rings 2 can be used to hold in place transported objects. The number of rings and their locations
may vary depending on the vehicle.
WARNING
Always position the heaviest items directly on the floor. Only use the lashing points 2 located on the luggage compartment floor. Do not attach any objects to other vehicle
components (e.g. window grille).
The luggage should be loaded in such a way that no items will be thrown forward and
strike the occupants if the driver has to brake suddenly.
WARNING
You must not drill or modify the partition in order to lash objects.
Tie rods 3
WARNING
The metal tie rods located in the loading area, on both sides of the passenger compartment
partition, are not designed for securing objects being transported. Only use the lashing
points provided for this purpose on the vehicle floor.
Never lash any object to the metal tie rods. Risk of serious injury.
