The Declaration of Conformity is provided with the vehicle.

The document A shows an example of a Declaration of Conformity to EU Directive 2006/45/EC. Only the original document supplied with the vehicle (duly signed and documented) is valid.

Choice and fitting of towing equipment

Towbar (cross member and hitch) not originally fitted to the vehicle: the entire towbar and mountings must not exceed 30 kg.
