The presence and operation of the warning lights DEPENDS ON THE VEHICLE EQUIPMENT AND COUNTRY.

If no lights or sounds are apparent, this indicates a fault in the instrument panel. Stop immediately if traffic conditions allow. Ensure that the vehicle is correctly immobilised and consult an approved dealer.

For your own safety, if the warning light 1_ALL_040_1_pictogramme.png comes on, stop immediately, or as soon as traffic conditions allow. Switch off the engine and do not restart it. Please contact an authorised dealer.

Warning light 1_ALL_036_1_pictogramme.png means you should drive very carefully to an authorised dealer as soon as possible. If you fail to follow this recommendation, you risk damaging your vehicle.

Display

Depending on the vehicle, the warning lights appear on instrument panel A or B and on display C.

Operation

The warning lights appear on the instrument panel to indicate the operational status of a system or function:

  • They indicate that an operational fault has been detected
  • They inform you about the activation/deactivation/standby status of a function or a system

Depending on the situation, the warning light may be:

  • fixed and/or flashing;
  • Accompanied by a message on the instrument panel;
  • accompanied by a sound signal.
  • Displayed in various colours, depending on the operational status.

Note: some warning lights appear when the ignition is switched on or when the engine is started. These disappear after a few seconds.
