Access to towing points
Your vehicle is equipped with towing points.
The towing eye is not available with equipment. consult an approved dealer.
Use only the front and rear towing points on your vehicle.
These towing points can only be used for towing. Under no circumstances must they be used for lifting the vehicle, directly or indirectly.
Hand tighten the towing eye as far as possible.

Check that the towing eye is screwed in properly.
Risk of loss of the towed object.
Front towing point 2
To gain access to tow point 2, release the front cover 1 by pressing points A and B on the bottom. It may be necessary to use a wrench or spatula made of soft material, or a similar tool inserted into the opening of the upper C region.
Tighten the towing eye 3 as far as possible: first tighten by hand as far as possible, then finish tightening it using the wheelbrace.
Use only the towing eye 3 and the wheelbrace.
Rear towing point 5
To gain access to towing point 5, release the tailgate 4 by pressing point Don the bottom. It may be necessary to use a wrench or spatula made of soft material, or a similar tool inserted into the opening of the upper E region.
Tighten the towing eye 3 as far as possible: first tighten by hand as far as possible, then finish tightening it using the wheelbrace.
Use only the towing eye 3 and the wheelbrace.
warning
- Use a rigid towing bar. If a rope or cable is used (where the law allows this), the vehicle being towed must be able to brake.
- a vehicle must not be towed if it is not fit to be driven.
- avoid accelerating or braking suddenly when towing, as this may result in damage being caused to the vehicle.
- In any case, it is advisable not to exceed 16 mph (25 km/h).
- Do not tow the vehicle if the steering column is locked.

Always abide by the towing regulations according to the relevant legislation.
If you are driving the towing vehicle, do not exceed the permitted towing weight for the vehicle.
Towing or recovering your vehicle on a platform
It is preferable to transport the vehicle on a platform or to tow it with the front wheels raised off the ground.
Before towing or recovering your vehicle on a platform, observe the following instructions:
- with the card present in the detection zone, press and hold the engine start button for approximately two seconds;
- move the gear lever to N position;
- accessory functions are powered: the vehicle's lighting functions (direction indicator lights, brake lights, etc.) can be used;
- unfasten the driver's seat belt if fastened;
- open the driver's door;
- Release the parking brake while pressing the brake pedal (the indicator light on the control and the
warning light on the instrument panel will go out); - close the driver's door and do not lock the vehicle.
Note: if the gear lever cannot be set to N position, contact an approved dealer.
After you have finished towing, press the engine start button twice.
warning
When the engine is stopped, the steering and braking assistance systems are not operational.

Leave the card inside the vehicle during towing.
Risk of the steering column locking.
