This feature is a service provided based on the mobile communication network and the vehicle's communication terminal connected to it. It is a convenience service for additional accident support that may be limited in service provision due to unstable connection to the call center at the time of a vehicle accident due to reasons such as the service status of the mobile communication network at the accident location, unexpected failure of internal communication terminals and systems due to a vehicle accident, etc. and is not a substitute for direct accident response by the driver and passengers.
Therefore, drivers should not rely solely on this feature and must always obey traffic laws while actively driving defensively to avoid accidents. In an emergency situation, such as an accident, promptly turn on the hazard lights and take measures to prevent secondary accidents, regardless of whether this feature is available.
