Comfort mode is set as standard. Turn the drive mode selector switch (DRIVE mode) 1 to switch between ECO mode, Comfort mode, Sport mode, AI mode, Snow mode and Off-Road mode.

■ Selecting a drive mode via the drive mode selector switch (DRIVE MODE)

When you turn the drive mode selector switch 1 on the front center console, the drive mode selection screen appears on the center screen. Turn the selector switch 1 until the required drive mode is highlighted and then enter the selected drive mode.

■ Drive mode when the gear lever is in position M

When you select ECO/Sport/AI/Snow/Off-Road in manual gear, a message appears on the instrument panel asking you to place the gear lever switch in position D and enter the selected drive mode.

If a driving mode is not available, the driving mode icon on the center screen will be grayed out.

Comfort mode

Comfort mode is the default mode.

ECO mode

The Eco mode focuses on energy saving.

The steering is smooth and the engine and gearbox management enable the reduction of fuel consumption.

Sport mode

This mode enables an increased responsiveness from the engine and the gearbox, allowing for better driving performance.

AI mode

In AI mode, the system automatically matches the appropriate driving style.

Snow mode

This mode allows you to optimise your vehicle's electronic stability control on slippery roads (snow, ice, etc.).

Use this mode on paved and slippery roads.

Note: the use of "SNOW" mode is not suitable in certain driving situations (on soft ground, deep snow, mud, sand, etc.).

In "SNOW" mode, certain driving assistance functions (Intelligent adaptive cruise control, Active driver assist, etc.) are not available or are automatically deactivated when switching to this mode.

Off-Road mode

(Depending on the vehicle)

Off-Road mode helps the vehicle to overcome difficult road conditions by maximizing traction and related system functions.

If the vehicle speed exceeds 40 km/h or the time spent in this mode exceeds 5 seconds, the driving mode automatically switches to comfort mode.

Off-Road mode is recommended for use when the vehicle speed is between 0~40 km/h.

(Depending on the vehicle)

When the auto hold function is activated in Snow and Off-Road modes, the brakes may be applied under certain conditions without the driver pressing the brake pedal. This is a function that allows the vehicle to remain stationary while moving regardless of the driver's intention, and may cause vibration and noise when operating.
