Luggage compartment storage space and fittings
Mobile floor 1
Raised position
This enables you to level the floor by folding down the rear seat backrest to compartmentalize the trunk into two distinct spaces.
The movable floor is positioned on slide 2.
tip
Maximum permissible load on the moving floor in the raised position: 100 kg, evenly distributed.
Lowered position
This provides more space to store items in the trunk and to carry heavy loads.
- Remove the moving floor 1;
- Place it in the trunk under slide 2.
Compartmentalized position
This enables you to compartmentalize the trunk into two separate spaces.
Transporting objects in the luggage compartment
Always place objects to be transported so that the largest ones are supported against:
The backrest of the rear seat for normal loads (example A);
The front backrests with the rear backrests folded down, as is the case for maximum loads (for example, B).
Make sure that any objects being transported are evenly distributed throughout the cargo area.
If you wish to transport objects on the folded backrest, it is essential to remove the headrests so that the backrest can be as close to the seat as possible.
warning
Always position heavier items directly on the floor, set in a low position. If the vehicle is equipped with them, use the lashing points 1 located on the boot floor. The luggage should be loaded in such a way that no items will be thrown forward and strike the occupants if the driver has to brake suddenly. Fasten the rear seat belts, even if the seats are not occupied.
