■ If the key does not work or the operating range changes
In certain situations, the key may not work or the operating range may change. You should check the vehicle locking and unlocking status yourself in the following cases:
- when the key battery is flat or the vehicle battery is discharged, etc.;
- use of appliances operating on the same frequency as the card (such as a mobile phone, walkie-talkie, video game console, or another vehicle's card/key, etc.);
- the vehicle is located in a high electromagnetic radiation zone (such as near a police station, government office, broadcasting station, military base, transmission tower, airport, or port);
- If the weather is very cold.
If the key does not work, you can use the mechanical key in the key on the driver's door.

When the vehicle START/STOP button is in mode II (Starting and stopping the vehicle) or the vehicle speed reaches 7 km/h, all doors and the tailgate are automatically locked.
In the event of an emergency while the doors are locked, pull the inside door handle once for the driver and front passenger or pull the inside door handle twice for the rear seats to open the doors.
▶ Collision unlocking
When the airbag is deployed due to a frontal or side collision while driving, all doors and the tailgate are automatically unlocked so that the occupants can quickly exit the vehicle. If the doors are not unlocked and emergency rescue is required, break the door window and pull the inside door handle to unlock the doors.
