Accessing the tools

The presence of tools depends on the vehicle.

Jack 1

To use the jack, unscrew the nut 5. When replacing the jack, fold it up completely before stowing it in place. Tighten the nut 5 to secure the jack.

Do not leave tools unsecured inside the vehicle: risk that they could be thrown about when braking. After use, stow tools in their proper places: risk of injury.

If the spare wheel is supplied with its own wheel nuts, it is essential that they are used with the spare wheel only. Refer to the instructions attached to the spare wheel.

The jack is designed for wheel changing purposes only. Under no circumstances should it be used for carrying out repairs underneath the vehicle or to gain access to the underside of the vehicle.

This tool is used to remove the wheel trims.

Locks or unlocks the wheel bolts.
